In the second Harry Potter book Ron is one of the major chaacters. Without him in the book Harry would not have been able to save Ron's sister Ginny. In the book Ron and Harryare best friends that do everything together. They hang out and even sole mysteris together. Ron is also very loyal to Harry in this book and is very helpfl to Harry throughout thewhole book. He i important because he gets into all of the fight with Malfoy. These fights are triggered mostly because Malfoy makes fu of Ron because he is poor andMalfoy is rich. He is also an interesting character because although Harry and Ron are friends they get into fights sometimes because Harry is so famous and Ron isn't. Overall Ron is a very important character in all of the books because of his unique characteristics.
